You can sign our release waiver at home, print and bring it to save on time.
What we provide…
- Thick yoga mat or sofa/recliner
- Pillow (color coded to each Chakra)
- Blanket
- Bolster for knees
Feel free to bring your own: pillow, blanket, eye mask etc.
We kindly ask that you leave your shoes, water bottle, phone in the foyer.
