Sound Journey – promoting rest and relaxation

Our new Sacred Sound Sanctuary is a magical place of superb acoustics on the refinished hard wood floor. Every item is carefully thought about and intentionally placed for maximum alignment, balance and harmony. Each weekly session is 90 minutes long. We first discuss how the sound helps our body mind and spirit and play some instrument samples. Then we individually set our own intentions privately at the fireplace and chime the bowls. Then you lay on our 1 inch thick yoga mat. You may bring your own props like yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye mask and water bottle. We have blankets and pillows for you to choose.
